Personal data is processed based on article 6.1 necessary for the execution of an agreement of the General Data Protection Regulation. [Insofar as the processing of personal data takes place based on article 6.1 a) (consent), the customer always has the right to withdraw the given consent.]

During a visit to the site, ‘cookies’ may be placed on the hard drive of your computer. A cookie is a text file that is placed by the server of a website in the browser of your computer or on your mobile device when you consult a website. Cookies cannot be used to identify individuals; a cookie can only identify a machine.
Please be aware that if you do not accept cookies, we cannot guarantee that our website will function properly. Some features of the site may be lost or you may not be able to view certain websites at all.
In addition, refusing cookies does not mean that you will no longer see advertisements. The ads are then no longer tailored to your interests and are repeated more often.
Websites use convenient and useful techniques that increase user-friendliness and make the site as interesting as possible for each visitor. The best-known examples of this kind of technique are cookies and scripts (hereinafter collectively referred to as “cookies”). Cookies can be used by website holders or by third parties – advertisers, for example – who communicate through the website you visit.
First party cookies or functional cookies are technical cookies that are used by the visited site itself and that aim to make the site function optimally. Example: settings that the user made during previous visits to the site, or: a pre-filled form with data that the user has made during previous visits.
Third party cookies are cookies that do not originate from the website itself, but from third parties, for example, an existing marketing or advertisement plugin. For such cookies, the site visitor must first give permission – this can be done via a bar at the bottom or top of the website, with reference to this policy, which does not prevent further surfing on the website.
You can set your internet browser in such a way that cookies are not accepted, that you receive a warning when a cookie is installed, or that the cookies are subsequently removed from your hard drive. You can do this via the settings of your browser (via the help function). However, please note that certain graphic elements may not appear correctly, or that you may not be able to use certain applications.
Due to the way the internet and websites work, it may be that we do not always have insight into the cookies that are placed via our website by third parties. This is especially the case if our web pages contain so-called embedded elements; these are texts, documents, images, or videos that are stored with another party, but that are shown on, in, or via our website.
Should you encounter cookies on this website that fall into this category and which we have not mentioned above, please let us know. Or contact the third party directly and ask what cookies they place, what the reason for this is, what the lifespan of the cookie is, and how they have safeguarded your privacy.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies” (text files placed on your computer) to help the website analyze how users use the site.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google uses this information to track how you use the website, compile reports on website activity for website operators, and provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage.
Google may transfer this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.
You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. However, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
